As part of the inauguration of the Terre-Pierre joint architecture laboratory, Professor Hassan Nadir KHERALLAH, President of the French University of Egypt and Professor Marc RENNER, President of INSA Strasbourg, are pleased to invite you to 4 days of exhibition and discovery, from Saturday 12 May to Tuesday 15 May!

Romatet, French Ambassador in Egypt
11:30: Inauguration: Opening of the Terre/Pierre exhibition and the experimental solar
power station.

From 11am: Reception of Cairo's schools within the French University of Egypt. Welcoming
words by the President, followed by a guided tour of the exhibitions by the UFE
Architecture Department's students.
Visit of the university, and studios within the different faculties.

International Francophonie Month: two laureates at th UFE!

As part of the celebration of the ‘month of Francophonie’, the Centre d’Activités Francophones (CAF) of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina organized..:


The French University of Egypt won two prizes thanks to the participation of its candidates from the Faculty of Applied Languages. The Dr.  Ayman Sinan, on the first hand, who was named Laureate for the best French poem, and student Mohamed El Araby 3rd year – department of specialized translation, on the other hand, who won an award for the transcription and translation of the video podcast entitled ‘Difficulty of the French language: proof through images’. Congratulations to them!
